Delivery Policy
Processing time
- All orders are processed on the same day during business hours.
- Orders are not accepted on Sundays and public (bank) holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, delivery may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit.
Delivery fee
- €1.00 per order.
Delivery area
aman.cy delivers to addresses within the core zone 3 – 4 km radius.
Delivery confirmation
- You will receive a delivery confirmation (email) once your order has been delivered.
Returns Policy (Wrong Item Delivered)
If you received the wrong item, we’re here to help.
- If we do not have stock for the requested exchange, a refund will be processed and a confirmation sent to your account email address.
- Please allow up to three (3) working days from the date we receive your returned item(s) for the refund to be processed. After you receive the refund confirmation email, please allow up to ten (10) working days for the funds to appear in your account (timing depends on your bank/card issuer).
- On rare occasions, order mistakes can occur. If the item(s) you received are not as ordered, or an item is missing, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] and quote your order number for advice on how to proceed. We ask that any discrepancies be reported within five (5) days of receipt.
How to return the wrong item
- We will arrange for our delivery rider to collect the incorrect product from your address.
- The product should be packaged as you received it (securely sealed, with original packaging where possible).
