Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first contact your bank, as processing times may vary and could delay the posting of your refund.

Returns
On rare occasions, order discrepancies may occur. Should you receive incorrect items or find that an item is missing, please contact Customer Service at [email protected]. Kindly provide your order number so we may assist you promptly.
We will arrange for our delivery rider to collect the incorrect product from your address. The rider will deliver the correct order at the same time.
If you are returning items of greater value, the price difference must be settled in cash with the delivery staff at the time of exchange.
